March 24, 2020 Community Meeting Canceled
The Newport Municipal Utility District Board of Directors has decided to cancel the upcoming Community Meeting that was scheduled for March 24, 2020. Due to the rapidly evolving situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Newport MUD Board of Directors feel it is best to follow all Local and Federal Health Officials recommendations and avoid any gatherings that are not necessary in an effort to prevent any spread of the virus.

Nothing is more important to the Board than the Health and Safety of our fellow neighbors. The Board will continue to monitor the ever-changing situation and send any District updates as needed through the text and email alert system. If you have not already subscribed, the Board strongly urges you to do so by logging on to the District website listed above. The Board will be utilizing this method of communication to keep the residents of Newport informed of any updates regarding your Water and Waste Water service.
